Monthly bookings require a $400 non-refundable deposit
With all other bookings, we require a one night deposit, which is payable at time of confirmation. Payment for balance of account is due in full upon arrival
In the event of a cancellation, we adhere to a 15 day policy.
Cancellation must be 15 days prior to arrival date to be eligible for full refund.
